Echoes defines the foundations of the production setup with the client: visual world, brand rules, priority formats, expected content types and publishing frequency. From this framework, we establish AI-assisted production, supervised by our creative teams, to design campaign visuals, social content, promotional adaptations and variations for different channels. Content follows a repeatable process, increasing volume without starting from scratch with every new campaign.

Echoes builds a production setup combining art direction, AI-assisted generation, brand rules, approval processes and human oversight. The campaign concept is first structured within a precise creative framework, then adapted into content series for different products, formats, markets and media. Each variation follows the brand elements, distribution constraints and rules agreed with the client. Echoes teams also organise checks and approvals to protect consistency across the whole campaign.

Result

The client gains scalable visual production capacity that increases content volume while maintaining strong consistency across adaptations. The campaign can reach multiple markets and channels faster, with better control of the creative framework and fewer production cycles.

Context

A small business receives a large volume of requests every day by email or through online forms. Many concern recurring topics: product information, case tracking, administrative requests, frequently asked questions or first-line support. A small team handles them, spending much of its time looking up the same information and writing similar responses.

Echoes designs an AI agent that identifies the type of request, analyses its content and finds the information it needs in sources authorised by the business. The agent can prepare a suitable response, structure the information to be shared and, where the rules allow, carry out defined process actions. Ambiguous, sensitive requests or those requiring a decision are still routed to a human colleague, with the relevant information already prepared.

Result

Simple, repetitive requests are handled more efficiently, while internal teams focus on situations that truly require expertise, judgement or a client relationship. The business improves its processing capacity without multiplying manual tasks, while retaining human oversight where needed.

Context

In a large enterprise, useful information is often spread across many documents, knowledge bases, internal procedures and business tools. Teams must search, cross-reference and interpret these sources to answer a question, prepare a decision or check a rule. This becomes time-consuming as the volume of documents grows, particularly when sources are numerous or subject to different access rules.

Our work

Echoes designs an AI agent connected only to sources authorised by the client. The agent can search, extract, cross-reference and summarise available information according to the defined business rules and access rights. It presents relevant information in the context of the request, while respecting security, confidentiality and information governance constraints. When necessary, the answer or analysis can be submitted for human approval before use.

Result

Teams reach relevant information faster and receive structured answers based on available sources. Time spent searching and manually cross-referencing documents decreases, while checks, access levels and human intervention remain built into the way the solution works.

Context

A major technology programme involves multiple teams, tools, dependencies and stakeholders. Coordination, quality, documentation and governance requirements are high, while additional skills or capacity are needed to maintain progress. Our work

Echoes brings in an additional team capable of integrating into the existing operational framework. Team members work in the client’s tools, participate in routines, follow the backlog, contribute to documentation, reporting and quality requirements, and coordinate with the different teams involved in the programme. Scope, responsibilities and commitment levels are agreed with the client so the reinforcement fits clearly within existing governance.

Result

The client gains additional capacity integrated into its operation, without creating a parallel organisation.
